The raclette & charcuterie platter brings together our farmhouse raclettes and a selection of fine charcuterie, arranged by hand on attractive wooden boards: 200 g of cheese and 75 g of charcuterie per person.

The charcuterie

Charcuterie chosen for raclette, such as smoked Ardennes ham fillet, rosette, coppa or air-dried beef, depending on what has come in.

How much to allow?

Online orders from €35. The quantities are for raclette served as a main course. We recommend choosing no more than 4 raclette varieties.

To round it off

Potatoes, gherkins, baby onions and a bottle of Savoie or Jura wine are also available. Raclette availability depends on deliveries from our farms, so we cannot guarantee every variety.
