Ordering, pick-up and delivery
How do I order online?
First choose pick-up in Saint-Josse, pick-up in Uccle or delivery, then add your cheese platters or raclette to the basket. You pay online when you order.
Where do I collect my order?
At our Saint-Josse shop or our Uccle shop, on the day and at the time chosen when ordering. Collections are possible from 11am.
Do you deliver in Brussels?
Yes, across the 19 Brussels municipalities, at the time slot of your choice. All deliveries leave from our Uccle shop. The delivery price is shown when ordering, based on your address.
How far ahead should I order?
Sliced raclette is ready in 4 hours; raclette platters and cheese platters No. 1 to 4 in 24 working hours; the flower platter and the aperitif box in 48 working hours. For a wheel, a machine or an event, order earlier in winter.
Can I add a note to my order?
Yes: in the basket, “Add a note for the shop” lets you mention an allergy, a slicing preference or a message.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, by secure payment when you order.
Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes: tick “I would like an invoice in my company’s name” at checkout and enter your VAT number. The invoice is sent by email, or via Peppol if your company is registered.
Raclette
How much cheese should I allow?
200 g of raclette per adult, 250 g for hearty appetites, 100 g per child. On the raclette page, the “Help me fine-tune the quantities” assistant works it out for you.
Is there a minimum order for raclette?
Yes: for click & collect, from 2 portions of raclette; for delivery, from €35.
Sliced, on platters or a wheel: which should I choose?
Sliced, you choose freely from around fifteen farmhouse raclettes and arrange them yourself. On platters, our cheesemongers arrange your raclettes on lovely wooden boards, with or without charcuterie, from 4 people. A wheel or half-wheel is scraped with the traditional machine, for large gatherings.
How many varieties should I choose?
A great raclette means two or three different cheeses on the table: a plain raclette, a bolder one (smoked, pepper, blue…) and perhaps a more unusual one (truffle, porcini…).
Do you offer potatoes?
Yes, baked in the oven at our Uccle shop, for delivery only. Gherkins and pickled onions are available for pick-up and delivery.
What is in the raclette & charcuterie platter?
200 g of cheese and 75 g of charcuterie per person, chosen by our cheesemonger. You build the cheese part on the platter’s page.
Raclette machines
Do you lend the raclette machine?
Yes, subject to availability. The household machine is lent free, with no deposit, from 6 people, collected or delivered with your order. The traditional half-wheel machine comes with a raclette wheel: collected in store, against a €50 deposit paid on site.
When should I return the machine?
Within 48 working hours, to the shop where you collected it (or to Uccle for a delivery). A lost or broken household machine is charged €35.
And for one or two people?
Loans start at 6 people. For two, you can buy our small raclette machine for 1 to 2 people (€19).
Cheese platters
How much cheese per person?
150 g as a main course, 100 g as an aperitif or after a meal, 200 g for hearty appetites.
Can I personalise a platter?
Our platters are made with the cheeses of the moment, PDO and farmhouse. For a special request, an allergy or a large event, add a note to your order or write to us.
What is the difference with the exclusive creations?
The platters No. 1 to 4 are built around the number of guests. The exclusive creations, such as the flower platter, are one-of-a-kind pieces for special occasions.
Events and companies
Do you organise raclettes for parties and companies?
Yes: platters delivered to the office from 4 people, Raclette @work in three packages from €25 incl. VAT per person, and our raclette chefs at your home or premises from 10 people. It is all on the Raclette Party page.
