Our finest creation
The Signature brings together our favourite cheeses of the moment, the ones our cheesemongers have tasted and chosen for their character. They are neatly pre-cut and arranged by hand on a wooden board: all you have to do is put it on the table.
What's on it
A choice selection of seasonal farmhouse and PDO cheeses from different families and strengths, with fresh fruit, dried fruit, quince paste and little name flags so everyone knows what they are tasting. The Signature is also available with a selection of fine charcuterie.
Who is it for, and when?
It's the platter for dinners with friends, birthdays and receptions where you want to treat your guests without spending the evening in the kitchen. Allow 150 g of cheese per person, 200 g when cheese is the main course. From 4 guests.
Our tips
Take the platter out of the fridge 45 minutes before serving and taste the cheeses from the mildest to the strongest. Ask us about wine: we taste every one we sell.
