The classic, with character

Made from raw cow's milk by the Fromagerie de la Durance in the Hautes-Alpes, this raclette is studded with peppercorns throughout.

The taste

Clean, well balanced and peppery. Once melted, its texture is meltingly soft and not too oily.

What to serve it with?
