The benchmark raclette

This is the raclette to start with, and the one that never leaves the table. It comes from the Ferme de Seraussaix in Morzine, Haute-Savoie, where it is made from raw cow's milk. It carries the Raclette de Savoie IGP, which guarantees its origin and how it is made.

The taste

Balanced and characterful, with lovely milky aromas. Once melted, it is smooth and not too oily: it coats the potato without drowning it.

How much to allow?

We slice it to order in 200 g portions, enough for one person. Allow 250 g for big appetites. For variety, pair it with a smoked raclette and a Morbier: that's exactly what goes into our shepherd's basket.

Collection and delivery

Collect it from our cheese shop in Saint-Josse or Uccle, or have it delivered in Brussels at a time slot of your choice. We can also lend you a raclette machine.

For a bit of variety

Build your basket

A great raclette means two or three different cheeses on the table. Add them to your basket, portion by portion.
