Raclette, no head-scratching required
The shepherd's basket brings together three raw cow's milk cheeses from Haute-Savoie and the Jura, ready sliced: a plain farmhouse raclette, a smoked raclette and a Morbier. Three different flavours to keep things interesting all through the meal.
What's in a kit
250 g of cheese per person, so one kit per guest. Order as many kits as you have guests.
To round it off
Add our charcuterie chosen for raclette, potatoes, gherkins and baby onions. For the complete package, choose the shepherd's basket with charcuterie.
Collection and delivery
Collect it in Saint-Josse or Uccle, or have it delivered in Brussels. We can also lend you a raclette machine.
